Wetmore Appraisals is the Annapolis Valley’s leading appraisal firm, but serves all Central and Western Nova Scotia with residential and commercial appraisals.
With a history of doing appraisals in Kentville that dates back to the early 1990s as a family owned and operated company, Wetmore Appraisals continues to grow its business and its reputation throughout the region and the industry.

In the late 1990s, company co-founders David and Carol Wetmore joined forces with former Kentville Mayor and appraiser David Corkum to form Wetmore Corkum Appraisers. Mr. Cokum retired in May 2018 and the company shortened its name to Wetmore Appraisals. In recent years, David and Carol’s son Jonathan and daughter Rebekah joined the company as candidate appraisers, joining a team that now boasts eight appraisers. The company has also mentored numerous articling appraisers over the years.
