David has been in the profession since 1988 and was formerly a Real Estate Agent & Co-owner for several years. David enjoys valuing unique properties and has experience as a consultant and expert witness. David is an avid cyclist, loves a good book, travel and spending time with family.

Carol has been in the industry since 1993 and deals in residential properties up to 4 units with new construction being her specialty. Carol is Chair of the Political Action Committee for the NS Real Estate Appraisers Association and sits on the Executive Committee. When not working she enjoys reading, walks on the beach, rug hooking, sewing and spending time with family and her special furry companion Spencer.

After several years working in Asia, Jonathan returned home to the valley in 2015. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Chicharu and daughter Nico, ska music, adding to this record collection and snowboarding.

Kalie Visentin is a University of Waterloo graduate where she majored in Psychology and is currently an AIC Candidate studying through the University of British Columbia. Before moving back to Nova Scotia Kalie taught English in Istanbul, Turkey and travelled throughout South East Asia. In her spare time Kalie enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and gardening.

Kate graduated from Acadia University in 1993 with a BA. She has been in the profession since 2022 and was formerly a banker with RBC, a human resource manager with an optical business and a business owner. Kate is passionate about all aspects of residential dwellings. She enjoys walks on the harvest trail, playing pickleball and spending time with her family.
